Planning to buy one of these, and would like to hear if it's any good (and silent).

I'll be using it for an Athlon XP 1800+, GF4 Ti4200, 7200rpm IDE drive, DVD, CDR-burner etc. Not that much stuff, so I figured 300W should be enough. Opinions?
