Finally, an x86 manufacturer has taken the step to build a NUMA-derived chipset. Combined with LDT, this should be an exciting bus specification.

Lets just hope it works. There is nothing that intel could love more than to stomp on AMD's first attempt at the multi-processor environment!

lol cad, it woudl never work cuz 8 processors would multiply their errors eight fold and then....

this is really interesting on the new amd's chips. it is going to allow for 8+ CPU's each with their own chunk of memory along with a shared memory. pretty nifty idea.
