Hello,

I was sold a computer online. It has a Win NT OS installed on it, and I do not know the password. I would just like to reinstall Win98 onto the computer. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Why don't you just reformat the drive and install win98? to clear your partitions FAST, you can use "zap":

http://www.storage.ibm.com/hdd/support/download.htm#Zap

Run ZAP 0 after booting from a floppy. This will clear out your partition info.

Run Fdisk and create you new partitions. then you can install win98. :D
