I though I could always recover the bios through 'floopy method'. This time I am wrong
After flashed bios, the computer wouldn't boot, so I made recover disk with autoexec.bat ready, cleared CMOS, and boot ... no post, no beeps!
disconnect CMOS battery, re connect CMOS battery, remove all other drives, and boot ... no post, no beeps! the floopy drive wasn't even accessed.
I couldn't find the receipt, so I cannot rma it. I am screwed. Please help me !!!!

Apart from general advice and stuff, you can also order new chips if all else fails. Good luck! :)

You made the boot recovery disk before you flashed the system right?

Yes, I did.
Problem is there is no POST. when powered on, the floopy drive was not even accessed. the CDroms and hard drive lights lit up for a while, then nothing, no accessing floopy, no error beeps. :(
when last time I did it wrong, I wasn't able to use floopy at first. Then after clear CMOS, recovery disk worked. but this time, clearing CMOS is not enough. and the chip on board is PLCC type (square), all my friends computers have retangular types, so I couldn't use hot swap methods.
Maybe next time I should buy me a eprom programmer before I flash bios.

Did you also disconnect power supply.?
Is there not a startup key combination sequence which forces the mobo to boot with optimum parameters - I can't remember and luckily, never had to use it?
Shame you are across the waves as I have a PLCC type - maybe a search on ebay will provide you with a second hand unit (they seem to crop up alot over here - UK)
Good luck :t

What about hot swap the mother board?Anyone gives a thought?
Also try boot without the battery(no brainer's desperate move)
