Has anyone ever owned a pinex system..if so what kind of service did u get with it. was it a hassle to use? would you reccomend someone to buy a pionex system? was there good tech support?

My dad bought a brand new P-90 when they just came out, ~'95, and the CPU has the fpu bug, they never exchanged it! Told him to call Intel and put $400 on his credit card to secure another one to him until they recieved his back!
He still has a FPU bug.
Need I say more?
