HI,
I have a H & P 5100c scanner and when I try to use it on my puter it causes a freezup and doesn't work.
The computer is a Cyrix 660 on a Pentium MMX (txpro) mainboard wiith 80 ram and a usb 4 addon card
I have a H & P deskjet 640c printer connected by usb and the test program on the scanner says the printer & scanner like each other and printed a test sheet ok but whe I try to scanner it all
almost freezeup and I have give it a 3 finger salute quick and close the scanner or the blue screen of deaths come up.
I have uninstalled the scanner program several times even going into the registry to shrub all traces of the scanner but every time I reinstall I get this problem .
Any Ideas ?? :(
