Speaker plug

My daughter pulled the speaker cable and the plug is still in the sound card and the wires ripped.

The plug has 3 terminals I have another 1/8" plug but which is common, right, and left. There are tip, ring, and sleeve.

I can solder it but I don't know which is which.
