Anybody got any ideas? When I do the right click-properties-background thing, I can see all my wallpaper, but I can't change it at all. My desktop isn't locked...can't seem to figure this out.

Go into control panel->add/remove prgrams->windows setup->accessories and make sure there is a checkmark on WALLPAPER.
