Ever since my parents computer was changed to a cyrix processor they have not been able to print using "word".Any suggestions besides gettint a new computer,this I have recommended to them.

What happens when they try to print? Can they print from anything else?

I have printed in Excel.

She has to save to word pad to print a work file
