In MBM it shows the -12V at -8.19--8.60, closest I've seen it get to -12 is -9.80. My motherboards monitoring utility does not show the -12v, only the other voltages so I can't tell if it is in fact a problem with MBM. I once read an article where a guy had to open his PSU up and adjust a screw or something to fix a problem like this, anyone know anything about this?

Enermax EG-365P-VE PSU - 350 or 365 Watts - I've heard both.
Giga-Byte 7VRXP mobo
512MB PC2100 Crucial
Athlon XP 1600+
PNY GeForce 3 Ti 200
SB Audigy

Not too many fans running, just four, with an additional six hooked up to my DigitalDoc5 (but they're never turned on)

PSU Info available here:

http://www.enermax.com.tw/products/eg-365p-ve.htm

Didn't find anything usefull there myself. Thanks for your time.

Their are some power supply design that you can adjust your output voltage +5 / +12, they put a potentiometer or variable resistor to calibrate the out put .

Are you having any instability problems with windows?
Does the system crash randomly?
Reboots for no reason at all?
Those are possible signs of a failing psu.

If i recall that power supply has a fail safe feature built in that powers down the system in the event the PSU goes out of specs.

Other solutions......
If you have a spare PSU try it and check out your readings.
Check to make sure the MB is not grounding out on anything metal.
Is the MB and PSU screwed down snug, but not overtightened? Also Since its the negative (ground) side that your concerned about. Is the wall outlet properly grounded?
Do you get the same readings plugging it into a different outlet?

Check out these possible solutions......and of course working on household electric is a do at your own risk....

Take care and be safe:t
P.S. Keep us informed....:)

No problems at all with windows, just got the PSU in late April.. I'll hook it into one of my other PSUs later and try other outlets and stuff later, I just woke up :).
