Hello all
I am Seyyed Hashem Mirali and i have an computer selling company .
I buy computer parts from local market but some part not work right !!
And hardware diagonostic software like PCCheck and ChekIt not report complete hardware errors .like RAM error or MotherBorad error .
Waht work i must do for sure from right and OK hardware parts>

Sounds like your just getting started in the business, the easiest way is to have spare parts that you know work for instance if ram is suspect try some ram you know works then you can send the defective ram back. Most local shops over here just swap parts since these diagnostic programs don't really work that well and cost too much.
