My PC is connected to an ADSL line through an Realtec RTL8029 card and a NEC model GS-R250S ADSL Router.

Which are the minimum Network Components to be installed in my Control Panel-Network window?

Depends on the Windows version, sport.

NT/2K/XP:

Client for Microsoft Networks
TCP/IP

Win9x:

Windows Family Logon
TCP/IP

If you're sharing files on a LAN, you'll need Print and File Sharing too.
