SysMonitor showing 100% proc usage constantly

Yep.

I just got my 256mb PC133 module yesterday to add to my existing 128. I looked up some old threads about swap file settings with more than 192mb RAM. I set the min and max both to 384. I also added that line in the system.ini file (forgot what it was).

Before I did all this, I distinctly remember trying System Monitor while doing other activities on my computer. The processor usage would only reach 100% when I did something fairly intense. Now, it is constant. ALL of the time. What's wrong?

Are you running Rain or CPU idle or RC5. Any of those will give 100% usage 24/7.
