Graphics info

I am wanting to learn how to use Photoshop Flash and Freehand/ Illustrator. Are there any good, general graphics links that you have visited and found especially useful? I know I can go to Google and get 5000 links but I would like a bit of a headstart on the better sites. I am a novice and Photoshop is my first priority.
