Recycle Bin icon missing....

I'm using Win 2000 Pro at the office , and the Recycle Bin icon is missing .....no big deal , but does anyone know how I can restore it to the desktop ????

missing? ,it just disappeared? is there any thing were the icon use to be(like a default icon)?need more information to help
or you can try c/windows/
find the recycle bin drag to desk top or create shortcut drag to desktop
