RAM: pc133 at least, I'd go with 256MB it's not all that expensive anymore, and if you can afford a stock 1g, you should be able to afford 256MB...
FAN: A globalwin FOP-38 if you can stand the noise, a FOP-32 is a bit quiter and still provides pretty good cooling. both are available at kdcomputers (http://www.kdcomputers.com)
Have one stick of Infineon PC133 ECC 512 MB and work just fine http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

If you've already spent that much on your system, don't skimp now. Do get good RAM, and make sure it's CAS2 (CAS latency 2ns) if you're going to be gaming. I believe your motherboard supports Virtual Channel Memory, so if you want another performance boost, get VCM RAM. As for the cooler, I recommend a GlobalWin FOP-32 or a Thermaltake Super Orb. If you get the FOP-38, know that it is one noisy *** heatsink/fan.

Don't skimp on the case cooling. All that heat blown away by your CPU heatsink has to go somewhere. I recommend Yate Loon ball bearing fans from Micro X-press because they're cheap ad reliable, and have an average operating life. However, if you have no fans and need fans, I suggest you hop on Ebay and get a 4-pack of fans with the RPM monitor, and get the high-RPM variety.

This eBay seller offers the ball bearing Yate Loon case fans, which can operate for 4.5 years of continuous use.

Here's an eBay seller that offers a 4-pack of ball bearing case fans with the 3-pin connector to your motherboard. They are available in high, medium, or low speed.

Here is what I've heard is the best case fan available: a Comair Rotron FlightII. Reasonably priced form this eBay seller.
There are lots of other sellers that you can check out of you have the time. I wish you luck with your new computer!
