Does anyone know where to buy a Messiah 2 mod chip in Toronto.Think I have a V5 or V6 machine.

Have you checked around on Google? You are bound to find someone selling mod chips in Toronto.

Plus, you know that a mod chip can mess up your system if you don't install it correctly?

But be totally sure which you have (v5, v6) or IT WILL NOT WORK! It probably wouldn't mess up the system becasue of no soddering. But what do they do anyway? Here's how you find out which you have:

I had a modchip on my sega saturn......allowed me to play all those cool imports....oh the memories....:p I'd put a modchip on my PS2 but there aren't that many options when one has a V1 PS2.....

I am sure you have more advantage than drawbacks when you have a mod chip in the machine.I do not know what to do with 23 wires but will try to conquer when the parts become available---supposed to be around June the 10th?
All mod chips have their fair shares of weakness.One just worse than the other.Mind you,I have no trouble with my modded P1....hehehe...
