I am currently running a 300wat ps that came with my Evercase case. This week i'm gonna add 4 Delta Fans ( 92x92 100cfm and 80x80 68cfm), also a Toshiba DVD drive, and a Lite on Cdrw drive. I'm running a Tbird , a geforce 3 t1200 card, and about 4 more fans (motherboard, vid card, cpu fan , and PCI slot fan) will i have sufficeint power, ive encoutered no problems yet. If not would it be better to upgrade to a 350 wat or go higher.
All response is welcome and needed
Thanks in advance

I think you're ok.
If you want to get really anal about it, you need to know the draw that each piece of hardware takes.
You have a 300W power supply. The conversion of Watts to Amps is W=VA (watts=voltagexamp). Most CDroms, etc, have the Amp usage printed on it. Remember that CDroms and hdds use 12v, not 115v. So a CDrom using 1.1A is really only using 13.2W from your power supply.
That's how I remember it. Like I said, I think you're fine with the 300 for now. :D

When you start running out of plugs/connectors on your power supply, it's probably time to upgrade. PSs with higher wattage also have more molex (4pin) connectors on them. Just fyi. :D
