can someone tell me where i can get a good server tweaking guide, i am creating a dedicated server for counter strike and i dont have the best connection (cable 182k up) and i wanted to know if anyone knows some tricks/tips to make people ping better in my server

Go to http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks and this will give you teaks for your casble or dsl lines.SIC....
