Hello all,

I have found soemthing for users who have Motorola SM 56 K PCI modem under XP and they couldnt install the drivers. Well, the solution is to use the Windows 2000 drivers for XP. They work perfectly but be sure to remove "Use DirectX interface" option in SM56 Helper on your taskbar cuz otherwise the system acts un stable. I hope this help all who have the migration problem. I have found, with most things will work with XP and there is no XP drivers that you can use win200 drivers with no side effects.
That's including the non tested by microsoft ones.

A few years ago these were the worst modems in the market a bad memory when I see that name, now I understand they seem to work these days but prefer to buy something else instead.
