I can't get this **** modem to install drivers on W98SE.It sees the hard ware but when I prompt it to copy drivers from cd it says drivers for this hard ware not found.Now I can't get onto motorola web site to search for updated drivers.Any help please.post here or write me directly at

Why are you even trying to install it USB in the first place?

USB sucks for anything that is network related.

Get a NIC card and be done with it, you will be better off in the long run.

well,it's not mine-I put a new mobo in a friends computer & it was running in Win ME & it did work b4.I think it's just drivers but wanted more input b4 I have to go over again.

Check both the installation CD and the Windows CD. You didn't mention the version of Windows.
