In systems folder/Device Manager, I have a yellow statement mark over my Multimedia Audio Controller,
I have a PC100 SystemBoard-Slot 1/m748mr/ On this motherboard I have a onboard sound card/ Would this soundcard have anything to do with the statement mark on the Multimedia Audio Contoller? When I delete it, it comes back but unable to find the drivers for this device! It is obivious the device is within my computer as the default/hardware finder comes up everytime I've uninstalled it! What is to, I do not know! The only thing I can think of is to my onboard sound card as when I installed Windows XP over Windows ME, the soundcard didn,t work anymore and I had to buy another sound card seperate from my SystemBoard. The newly installed soundcard does work at this time, however I am left with this device (Mulitimedia Audio Control) left with a statement mark beside it! The code that comes up when I try to download the driver is (code 28)...Can anyone help? Do I have to download the new driver for this device from some location and if so, Where?

Totally befuddled!! HELP PLZ!!!:x :x
