i am trying to open certain web pages; every page that has a place for your screen name and password. it will not open, it gives me an error saying something about it can't find the page.. i am trying to check my balance on my phone bill, cell phone, or my bank account..

Go into Internet Options and set Security levels to default. It may pay to download another browser for a backup. Mozilla rox!

found out what happened, just needed to reinstall norton internet security...

Man...Norton Antivirus, Internet Security and Personal Firewall do some really strange things sometimes. I keep forgetting that I disable both whenever I have trouble accessing a page or download.
