How can I remove the recycle bin from a Win2k desktop?

How can I remove the recycle bin from a Win2k desktop? In '98 TweakUI would let you remove the recycle bin, but in Win2k it doesn't give me that option.

And I don't want to disable the recycle bin, I just want to get the icon off my desktop.

I know that TweakUI can remove it from the desktop, however, I am not sure if TweakUI woorks under Win2k.

It is is right there in Tweak UI under the desktop tab. I am running the latest version of it though. I'll see if I can remember the link to where I got it from or if you want I could send it to you.
