Computer does'nt shut down automatically.

I have a Pent 2 350. It no longer shuts down automatically when I close out Windows. The screen goes blank and I need to disconnect the comp from the power cord connected to the power supply. I had this problem before and thought it was a power supply problem. i replaced the whole case. the problem went away for awhile and now it's back!

Any thoughts?
