trading the board & k6-2/350MHZ Retail

Hi:currently I have SS7 board FIC-Va-503+ Via apollo MVP3,PCB 1.2A ,EO037 .this baby it support till 550MHZ AMD..
I bought-it 6 month ago ,also I have Right Now the K6-2/350MHZ AMD Retail still under warranty ...I am looking to upgrade the mobo,s and the cpu only ,to a MSI KT7pro2 A and to Duron AMD..I was wondering if any one Know a such place it able to trading me .with an extra money of course to Him...thanks for any input..
