Webpage Font Sizes

For some reason the text on most of the websites I view is huge. They're using size 3 which should look just right. I checked to see if I had webpage font sizes disabled and it wasn't. Is there a section in I.E. 5 that sets the font to a certain size? I didn't notice this till I upgraded to I.E. 5. My resolution is at 800x600 which is how it was when I had I.E. 4 and everything was fine. In Netscape everything is fine, it's just I.E.

Hit the view and select text size, adjust to your preference. Also check that you didn't mistakenly reset the default font size in display properties.
