Is C:\WIN\HH.EXE trying to send information of and from my PC to internet ? .
A program and it's .chm-file on my win98 launched HH.EXE ( Microsoft® HTML Help Executable ) which first I thought resulted in illegal or whatever operation .Later in my Outpost firewall log I saw
this line in the blocked connections category :

New rule #3 HH.EXE LocalHost n/a Unknown TCP

My rule #3 is set to block outbound TCP to remote ports 0 - 65355
and this rule had blocked HH.EXE's access to internet

I'm not sure about that one in particular but I was just reading in another forum earlier about a program in win2k that sends a few packets to a microsoft web server every time you open up internet explorer. They have been accused of that stuff for years - I have no problem believing they are doing all they can to monitor things. They won't hesitate to say they want to rule the world!
