Is C:\WIN\HH.EXE trying to send information of and from my PC to internet ? .
A program and it's .chm-file on my win98 launched HH.EXE ( Microsoft® HTML Help Executable ) which first I thought resulted in illegal or whatever operation .Later in my Outpost firewall log I saw
this line in the blocked connections category :
New rule #3 HH.EXE LocalHost n/a Unknown TCP
My rule #3 is set to block outbound TCP to remote ports 0 - 65355
and this rule had blocked HH.EXE's access to internet
