I got Creative Inspire 5.1 5300 speaker with a Sound Blaster Audigy MP3+ sound card. When i play MP3's i get no center speaker, but when i play the demos on the Sound Blaster Audigy Disc it plays the center. It isnt a hardware prob its something with the software. Can anybody help? thx in advance.

With my 5.1 stereo music comes through only the speakers not the center channel. When I play a DVD, then that's when the center channel works. Try playing a DVD or something that uses voices and you will see the center channel go to work.;)

so ur sayin that mp3's dont support center? and does anyone know some place that has music that plays with 5.1 like complete surround sound?

You need to enable Creative Multi-Speaker Surround (CMSS) under your PlayCenter 3.0 options before you can get full center speaker support for all apps/games.

Yes, you need to do this whether you use PlayCenter 3.0 or not.
