Radio Shack casefans

I was in my local RS and was in the market for a fan. I looked at there 80mm and was surprised 26cfm 35dBA. I got one for my sidecase mod. Pushes great air and fairly quiet but has a mild "whine". The big downside is price 14$ compared to an Antec for 8$. Anyone else use these fans I need to replace 2 more 80s and was wondering if the product had any known downside? I like the volume of air from these compaired to others I have tryed and they might just become my regular fan solution.

RS fans are ok, but did you notice that if you want fan guards that you have to special order them? That's why RS has lost another long time customer.

Funny thing is the RS near me had them on the rack two weeks ago? I asked and not on the shelf = duuhhh. Not that I would expect more. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif I like the fun finger holes anyway no kids here so its safe enough.
