When I play Counter-Strike or Any other HL mod, I will be playing and moving my "Intelli Mouse Optical" left and right to aim, and all of a sudden it will kind of spin out and look straight at the floor. Then When I push it up, it Struggles to look back up again, rendering me dead. I've Updated My mouse drivers, Vid Drivers and changed the usb slot my mouse is plugged into. Same Problem. help.

What type of surface are you using? If it's glass or clear then you will run into problems. The best thing to use is say the table top with grain...an optical mouse works by taking several hundred snapshots and comparing the mouse's position in relation to the snapshot...or something like that. Using a glass surface negates that.

One thing I had to change when I got an optical is with a ball mouse I used to lift it up a bit from time to time, I have the same one as you do and I was doing 360s alot, so I tought myself not to lift the mouse up and it worked out for me.
