What goes arond comes around. Its about time that someone took up legal action against rambus inc. I love the tech behind it but lets face it the main thing keeping it from excelling is Rambus themselves. Maybe this willl make them less lawyer happy or better yet loose the rights all together so other co.'s can pick up where they left off. First thing they need to do is cut latency, and keep going with the idea of RIMM4200.:)

howdy Gamer,

Well spoken. You stated perfectly what the real problem with rambus inc is . I love the tech behind it but lets face it the main thing keeping it from excelling is Rambus themselves Excactamundo! Variying technologies are good for all aspects of capitalism. It's their freaking lawyer antics that just erks me to no end. This is another one to add to the list of back-at-you-ramh0le. Remember the last quarter of '01? A US judge threw rambus' case back at them and then told them that they were fraudulent in their claims against Infineon's DDRSDRAM technology (source: the register). I hope everyone in the world sees how petty rambus inc is and how anti-consumer their vision is.
