"You get what you pay for." Dallas has several of these stores. Lots of good junk in them. Every large company in the world has a room full of old parts etc...These surplus outlets gather up this old stuff for pennies on the dollar->mark it up and try to make a living...

I've ordered from computersurplusoutlet.com on several occasions and had no problems. I'm happy with what I got. I cannot comment on their return policy cause I've never needed to use it.

The one time I did have a question as to whether or not 2 pieces of hardware would work together they were honest and said no and so I only bought one of them

ive bought alot of used parts. its okay
as long as its understood that if you
bring something home and it doesnt work,
it can be returned the next day or week
or so. because these stores frequently
dont have time to test what they sell.
hard drives in particular go bad alot.
as a rule, the used part should cost less than half the new part's cost. also
they typically have no drivers for
their parts, and its not always easy
to find drivers to d/l for older parts which are
no longer supported by their manufacturers.
