My guess is AMD does not want the super low cost faster K6's to tread on the slowest Athlon/Duron chips

Hi:How come the K6-2/500 MHZ is still available in all the world but the K6-2/550MHZ is not available and Hard to get....is that due to the instability issues with the K6-2/550MHZ ...
too many peoples report a such stability problems with the k6-2/550MHZ ,any suggestions..thanks a lot guys.
