Does anyone know of a 56k PCI modem that does not require a bus master signal? I have and abit be6-2 and i hav ehte uiltra 66 enabled but i'm looking to put a modem into that 5th pci slot that shares this with the ultra66 and won't work unless it doesn't require the bus master signal.
