Not quite sure what your question is. The Celeron is definitely multiplier locked, so the only way to OC it is to increase the FSB. Depending on how high you want to go, you might have to get into voltage adjustments to get it stable (and of course cooling issues). For the Duron, it might be possible to unlock the multiplier, which will give you more options to play with, assuming the mobo supports it.
