Here is the email that i sent them:

I ordered a Triple Fan Hard Drive Cooler and was very unhappy when I received it. You advertise that it has 2cm thick fans and here is your quote "Their fans are 1cm thick, ours are 2cm thick." Guess what, the fans that were in my cooler are 1cm thick. I know for a fact that there are 2 models of this fan being made that look exactly identical. The only difference is that one contains 1cm fans and the other contains 2 cm fans. What you have is false advertising and you guys are a bunch of thieves and rip-off artists. You lead us customers, the ones who are giving you our hard earned money, into believing we are getting the best possible product. Yet you give us this cheaper, lower end version in its place. I know you did it on purpose and it wasn't an honest mistake because you had every chance of notifying me through email that you were going to send the inferior product and you could have at least sold it to me at a lower price. You can be certain that I will let everyone that i know, through word of mouth, e-mail, newsgroups, message boards, what a bunch of scam artists you are and to not order from you thieves. Just to let you know i placed 2 orders with 3dfxcool.com and they delivered on their promises BOTH TIMES. They were extremely polite and courteous in their emails to me and did not make any false claims and they, not you, will get my business in the future. I don't care if you will try to right your wrong (Yeah, when pigs fly!). I am going to keep this fan in my system as a reminder of your low-life company and of all the others who are just as dishonest as you. Good day to you all!

MGB,
Did you let them know that the wrong unit was shipped before you send such a "HARD" email?

I know there are tons of thieves out there, but there are also people who make mistakes.
If you tried to be curtious at first and got no where then I'm behind your E-mail all the way.

I've heard of people buying Maxtor drives, having problems with them, calling the company, then the company sends them a bigger drive to make up for the problem.

I've have purchased Cooling products from 3DFXCOOL.com before and I agree with you.
They are VERY good there.

I just believe that companies should be given a fair try to right there wrongs.
