how do i update my bios

hi, i got a new k7s5a mb, the amibios doesnt have much options for overclocking a lil, i have an athlon xp 1800+, and i got a bios update and saved it on my pc but i dont know how to install it,

recommend me a good video card, not expensive

You need 2 files and a dos boot disk. The AMI Flash utility and the .rom file . I recommend the AMINF329.exe flasher. You may need to extract the .rom file .
Put the flasher and rom file on the floppy. Boot from the floppy and type the following command:

A:\>Aminf329 xxxxx.rom

Press Enter. (Note the space between the files.)
When its finished flashing it should restart, enter the Bios and set your configuration settings, save and reboot.
