Building a system for first time. A7v266-e mobo, athlon xp1800, Raedon 64 video card, 5.1 sound (audigy sp?).

Hooked everything up and no video. No onboard video so dealing with blank screen. System does not beep.

Please help!?!

Take the mobo out of the case and set it on a soft, non-conductive surface. Connect the CPU, Memory, Video card, monitor, keyboard and floppy drive. Connect the ATX power to it. Press down on the card and short the two pins for PWRBUTTON with a screwdriver.

If it posts, place it in the gently and fasten it taut - not tight. Don't overtighten the screws.
