my computer is a packard bell, everything is running smooth but for a program, called smartrestore, which is used for quick repairs without reformatting, when i open this program, i get bioslock. this program can be opened through normal windows but wont let me,i have been into bios with no success, internet security same, can any computer geniuses out there help me with this problem,any help would be much appreciated.:confused:
