I love this game!!! been playing it for about 3 days now. I get around 150-250 FPS with my 1.2ghz T'Bird and GeForce2Ti450 at 1024X768 with all settings maxed out.

It drops down to about 60FPS when there are a lot of guys shoot eachother up with the bazooka!!

Me too !!!! Haven't touched another "mod" since the first test came out ......... BTW I'm YiKes !!!!! in the game, so kill me gently. :D

What is the game all about??? I never played SOF1, I have no idea what kind of game it is. Is it similar to Delta Force(ha, never played any delta force either)

SOF2 is SOF2. Goes a lot like SOF1 but if you haven't seen the first one then :(
It's not like MOHAA, Q3 or any other shooter. Better look for pre-reviews on something like this. Its Multiplayer is GREAT ! Haven't had so much fun since MOHAA !

Poor me, I don't have powerful machines like you guys so I can't feel the power of the game but if I reduce it to half then I can handle it !!! Yes , at now I can say SOF2 is the best fps after MOHAA , hm it uses Unreal's engine and you know games use Unreal'engine will have smooth action and better graphics. SOF1 is very violent than SOF2 , when you use shotgun fire at unarmed guys ,especially at his body , SOF1 will brings you to real-time life , you will see his stomach !!! But SOF2 is not. And another different between SOF1 & SOF2 is gameplay ,while SOF1 likes DOOM 2 just kill and kill and doesn't have a story but SOF2 has a good story and gameplay, you guys still remember the game No One Live Forever last year ? Yes SOF2 like NOLF : combine action game and rpg. Although SOF2 requires a high-end system but its multiplayer is very good , I played it with my friends , on P3-500 Mhz systems , single player is still a problem with these systems but multiplayer is no problem , very smooth , with 4 player (1 plays as server and 3 play as client) the game run very smoothly !!! But SOF2 still has some problems : requires heavy machine , long time loading , AI of NPCs in game still has problem when you open the door if some one stay behind this door he can't get out but he can fire at you although he can't see and knows where you stand !?! And another problem is graphics : you guys still remember the mission rescue the Professor , at the gate with the truck in front of it , when I go inside and dead here and Quickload ,do you know what happen ? The gate is closed , I got stuck inside and can't go out !?! A same problem has come
with me at the hospital's roof level : The gate is explosion with everything but when I reload it still stand here and I can go through it !?! What's wrong ?

Well I think it is pretty darn fun looks very nice on my machine. However I don't know how it will far on the market a lot of other big names coming out soon. A lot of compettion.

I've played most of the FP shooters since Q1 and in my opinion SOF II will do very nicely against anything else coming out. :D
