I took my computer apart last week so I could cut a hole for a fan and the outline of a dragon. Well, I noticed that my golden orb says "Patent Pending" on it. Since it's technically not patented, is that how all those other companies can get away with ripping off the design? Because I have seen many knockoffs of the 'orb'.
