In the Nvidia Tweak utility I set the AGP at 4x, but in the 3d mark system list it says 2x. I can't find a way to change it in BIOS. Is there another way?

3d mark score 6147 with nothing overclocked. AMD XP1800 + K7AMA, 256 DDR Ram, GeForce3 ti200.

Are you sure that board is 4x agp? Just cause the tweak has that setting doesnt mean it is suported. Kinda like SBA and Fast writes.

AGP mode will improve your 3D-Mark score, but will do zip in real life. Reason is that games that won't fit their scenes into your graphics card's local RAM will experience a HUGE performance drop because system RAM is considerably slower to access, no matter what AGP mode.

If your mobo supports AGP 4X. Then there will be an option in BIOS to use 4x AGP.

Thanks for all the feedback!

Anybody know how I can find out for sure (other than the BIOS) if my mobo has 4x capability?

K7AMA (http://www.ecs.com.tw/products/k7ama.htm) supports AGP 4x.
Install this (ftp://www.ali.com.tw/driver/agp_1.90_eng.zip) ALi AGP v1.90 driver to enable AGP 4x.
