What is the big difference between the ATI Radeon all in wonder & the AIW with the RagePro 128 chip? I was thinking of buying one, but the ragePro128 was much less money. I play no 3D games other than NASCAR4 & currently have a voodoo3 3000.
Thanks

First what?? Second are you nuts? hahahaa
All in wonder... well it's got everything and the kitchen sink.
ragepro 128 just for DVD and a few games.. It works great and runs almost any game nicely.. I had one but it's a low end card so only Halflife and TombRaider runs sweet on it.. Quake III sos so...
I'd go for something a little newer., If I were you.....

The AIW means the same thing in both the RAGE and the Radeon. Both give you TV abilty, excellent DVD performance and good video IN/OUT performance. the difference is in the abillites of the chips. The Rage 128 chip can't hold a candle to the Radeon chip. The Radeon chip has T&L used in almost all newer games. I know you don't play many games, but an AIW Rage 128 card would be a bad choice. If you really want an AIW card, get the Radeon version. Even the Original radeon chip versino will make you happy compared to the Rage 128 chip.
