msconfig on win 95 ?

How can I enter msconfig on win 95.? It is easy on 98in the run I just type that in.

sysedit is the closest thing I'm aware of for Win95

I've "heard" that msconfig will work on W95 by copying W98's msconfig.exe in c:\windows\system into in same folder on W95. It needs the latest comctl32.dll and ole32.dll files to work, which are installed w/IE5x.
