FDF files

A frined of mine has a book that was sent to him in book.fdf format. How do you read fdf's? Acrobat reader does not seem to open it.

I looked at over a dozen search engines for "file formats"

One has over 1500 ,, http://kresch.com/exts/ext.htm

NO LUCK

Did he try changing to ".txt"

That's worked for me..

To use WDB, the developer builds a special file called the Form Definition File, or FDF, which describes the data. Rasmussen provides a tool, called mkfdf, which makes FDFs from the database schema. In the early release it is quite Sybase-specific; it may be easier to write the FDFs by hand than to adapt the tool to mSQL

WELL, Now I know even LESS than I did.

And you still DON'T know how to open the thing.. grrr
