Just got this "Alcatel Speedtouch Home" modem from a friend and I want to install it.

The problem is that this modem connect to the computer thur a network card.

I manage to set it up and ping sucessfully with the modem.

My main problem is how to let it dial up to my ISP ???

Heh. You can't just add a modem to a cable/DSL system and expect to get connection. Your ISP must assign service to that modem via it's MAC address. The Alcatel may not be compatible with their system either. I suggest that you call your ISP.
