Can anybody give me any better ideas on how to destroy my beautiful, high performance, better than the best graphics card, the almighty 8MB SIS 6326 to very very tiny pieces?
All kind of suggestions are welcome. The best one wins a trip to Antartica with a free ATI RADeon 8500 vid card :D :D ;)

Well since that SiS 6326 (born in 1997!) has served you well to this day, you should pay it due respect for lasting that long - and maybe hand it down to someone who has to work with something even older.

I usually agree with peter. Just because cards are **** nowaday doesnt mean that they should loose respect. Remember the original 4MB Voodoo, you were all kissing its rear end when it came out but the 6326 chip AHHHHHHH:( i was one of the idiots who bought one. Drivers didnt work, wouldnt go higher than 256 colours, games would run , if they did they were slow, soct more than the ATI Rage Pro, no tech support.
I mean im all for old card. i have a 1MB Trident in this computer, coz it isnt for games at all so i dont need a £200 geforce 4 card init but the 6326 was an all round disaster, i ouldnt have even wrote this without it looking up.
I donated mine to the local school and withing 2 weeks they had chucked it.lol

Sorry I am a bigger one:D ,since I bought 2 of them, the first one i gave it for free to a poor guy( u need to do some karma) and 2nd one is still going strong.
I never liked the card in the first place itself, i had no choice since my dad bought it thinkin it was the then best card available. U all know they are all after cheaper things and SIS 6326 was really really cheap at that time.

Yeah I also bought this card for the reason it was cheap and looked good on the box, but as I tried out games and programs soon I saw that this card is extremely slow and not good for 3d games at all.

I have a use for it. Destroying it would be like destroying a good musical instrument.

You don't need to destroy it. There's enough hark work to create it was enclosed in it. Better send it to me. :)

Hang it up on your wall as a reminder to all it has done for you.

the 6326 was the first video card i bought...4 meg pci card. i loved it; before then i just had the 1meg s3 trio64v+ chip soldered onto the motherboard of my old ibm computer. so paying 30 bucks for this card was wonderful....it actually gave me 3d capabilities beyond what the amazing pentium 100 could provide...lol....i still have that card and use it in an old comp

You'll destroy a thing you don't need now, but may need in future. Who knows...

Walk out into your backyard, then plug it into the ground leads first like you were putting it into a PCI slot (or agp if it's agp I don't remember it being an agp card though) Then geta 4 iron or a 5 iron, an old driver would be WONDERFUL if you have one. Then picture in your mind that it is sitting in your computer aggravating the pooh out of you because you can't play any of your favorite 3d games. Take a nice slow backswing..... BAMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!:p MUWAHAHAHA watch those little pieces of PCB fly!!!:D Maybe beforce you do that you could take off the little GPU and make a keyring with it. Have FUN!! ;)
It's better than my oooolllllldddddd trident 9680 !!!
:D
If not ... why you overclock it to 300 Mhz ???
