I think resellers.com messed up...

(resellersratings.com) -- I went and compared 2 different companies for a gaming PC. Alienware and Falcon North West are the top 2. At first i checked out the scoring board for Alienware, they had a lot of good scores, then i went and checked out the scores for falcon, and theirs weren't nearly as good. And yet, i read ALL the comments on BOTH companies... I see 1 bad comment in Falcon's list and i see only a few GOOD comments for Alienware. PLUS everyone i've talked to online and offline about which company is better, has told me that a Falcon system has scored higher in almost every aspect in almost every review!!!
BUT YOU GUYS GAVE THEM A MUCH WORSE SCORE!?!?

I now own a Falcon system and i must say it is everything i hoped and/or asked it could EVER be!!!
PLUS IT DOESNT COME IN FRUITY COLORS!!!!

I understand your position regarding Resellerratings.com, as one's "personal" opinion of a specific vendor may not reflect those found within the RR database.

However, for further clarification, it should be noted that Resellerratings is completely consumer driven. The staff of SysOpt.com does not rank the companies according to "our" opinion, but rather let the end-user community determine a company's rating (the way it should be).

I assume you have added your own evalation of Falcon NorthWest, since you had a positive experience. If you have not already, I encourage you to go ahead.
