That seems really low. I get about 4100 points with my GeForce 2 ti 450 and T'bird 1.2ghz.

Shouldn't the FSB be at 133Mhz for an XP processor?

Yea you need to set the FSb to 133 not 100. Look for a jumper on your motherboard to switch it.

That quite low.... considering i am using GF2Ti and i get 49xx. Something wrong with your PC perhaps. Memory timing?

100x15 = 1500 MHz
133x15 = 1995MHz
i think you have a mis print some where !!
133x11 = 1463MHz
133x11.5 = 1530MHz
is it XP 1500+ ? then it should be 133x10 = 1330MHz

What kind of mother board do you have? It may only support fsb of 200.. you should go in to bios and set it to 133x11.5 for a amd xp1800 if the options are grayed out and you can not change them then you will have to set the dip switches. List you system specs. I got in the 6400 with out ocing the card
